This three-part series offers cooking demonstrations using recipes taken directly from the iconic regional cookbook Maryland’s Way, The Hammond-Harwood House Cook Book.

Thursday, November 19: Winter’s Comfort

  • Main: Ham Slices with Madeira Sauce
  • Side: Brussels Sprouts with Dill Butter
  • Sweet: Mince Meat, Southern Maryland

Curated wine experience will be available during this program.
