Angelique will be guiding a gentle yoga flow, accessible for all-levels. The practice will be focused to help students tap into their creativity, and connect deeper with mind, body, and soul. Please dress comfortably, bring a mat if you have one, if not one will be provided, and any other props that you use to honor your practice.
Angelique Karditzas completed her 200hr YTT in 2018 through the Vinyasa Yoga School in Rishikesh, India. Her intention is to assist students in finding freedom through their practice, honoring their mind and body where it is each day. She encourages students to connect with their own unique energy, allowing that to guide their breath and movement.
