2026 Holiday Boxwood Greens Pre-Order Sale

In 1825 Mrs. Frances Loockerman decided to create a very special boxwood garden behind her mansion on Maryland Avenue. The romantic “box walk” was planted in the shape of a heart. Since 1953, the museum’s many volunteers have made special holiday boxwood creations with all proceeds benefitting the collection and mission of the Hammond-Harwood House. Decorate your home or give a gift to someone with these fresh seasonal offerings.

We will once again be offering the following selections. Please check back in late October for prices. Online pre-sale orders begin Monday, November 2, 2026.

• Wreaths:
  Medium 16″ (approx. size) Fresh Boxwood Wreath with festive bow.
  Large 20″ (approx. size) Fresh Boxwood Wreath with festive bow.
• Arrangements/Centerpieces:
  Fresh Boxwood Julep Cup Arrangement – petite silver julep cup with seasonal ornaments.
  Single Candle Round Fresh Boxwood Centerpiece (approx. 8″ diameter) – one red candle with decorative ornaments and festive ribbon.
  Double Candle Long Fresh Boxwood Centerpiece (approx. 16″ long x 8″ wide) – two red candles with decorative ornaments and festive ribbon.

Completed greens can be picked up at the Hammond-Harwood House, 19 Maryland Avenue, Annapolis, MD 21401:
Monday, December 7 – Wednesday, December 9, from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m., or by special arrangement.
