This Juneteenth, Wednesday, June 19, visitors who tour Hammond-Harwood House between the hours of 2 and 4 pm can stop in the historic kitchen to learn about the enslaved who lived and worked at Hammond-Harwood House. We celebrate Mary, Matilda, Juliet, and Harry -- and wonder about the hopes and fears in their lives.
Stop by the front of Hammond-Harwood House to make an American flag before you head on to the City of Annapolis Parade! Learn about the 1783 flag designed by Annapolis cabinetmaker John Shaw that flies at the Maryland State House.
